receipt of which the Vendor hereby acknowledges the Vendor agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase the kitten described herein under the GCCF registered name of
________Hotchoclate___________________________________________________________
AND THE PURCHASER COVENANTS
To undertake to keep the kitten as a household PET only.
Not under any circumstances whatsoever to use the kitten for breeding, or allow the kitten to breed with any other cat of the same or a different species, neither will the Purchaser allow any such use to be made of the kitten by any other party. I fully understand the kitten is on the non active register. ie not for breeding.
If for any reason it becomes necessary for the Purchaser to transfer the property in the kitten to a third party the Purchaser undertakes to obtain from the third party a covenant in similar terms to those contained herein. ( as the owner you will notify the breeder of any change in ownership and ensure a loving home is found) if you need to return the kitten/cat to the breeder it will be at your expense.
No responsibility will be accepted for damage, disease or illness occurring after purchase. Kittens are insured from the day they leave us for 6 weeks and we strongly recommend you to continue with an insurance company of your choice. The breeder cannot be held accountable for vet bills arising from unforsene problems or diseases.( this is what your insurance is for.) we do care about our kittens health and strive to breed from disease free cats but no breeder can guarantee or predict a kittens future health, we would never knowingly home a kitten with any health conditions, should you have an unforseen problem no matter how small please get in touch.
All kittens are sold in good faith, having had two health checks by my vet and to the best of my knowledge sound, healthy and typical of his/her breed. we will not let any kitten EVER go unless 100% healthy.
That the kitten will be neutered by a Veterinary Surgeon/Practitioner, before attaining the age of seven months.
That you will provide love and care thoughout his/her life and continue with boosters/worm and flea treatment and a sensible diet.
