I'm Emma, wife to Darren, mum to Alex below and slave to my family of cats!

We all live in sussex by the sea, the whole family enjoy my hobby, even the dogs help out.

Diesel pictured above joined us at 18 months old, lived his life outside in a kennel and didnt have any training, was a task but seeing him on the couch with my son makes 12 months of hard work seem very rewarding. he stills has a problem with my husband coming into the home, even castrating him hasnt stopped him and we have had him for 18 months now,  i confess to hiding upstairs and watching him from the window just to laugh at him trying to get into the house!! naughty i know!

I have been breeding British Shorthairs for over 10 years under the gccf prefix Hotchoclate, I am also adding the Selkirk Rex to my breeding programe in 2006. Please read the history page on both breed of cats, they are wonderful to own.

In my spare time I attend the odd cat show and I also compete in competition dog obedience which has been a passion of mine since the age of 12.
